CMC 2011 was November 6-9, 2011 at the Doubletree Paradise Valley Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona where a record-breaking attendance of manufacturers, manufacturers representatives and distributors used the event as the perfect time and place to plan strategies to achieve their sales goals in 2012.  Plan to participate in CMC 2012 at the Dallas/Fort Worth Marriott Hotel & Golf Club in Fort Worth, TX, November 7-9, 2012.
